kristaupher | An Event Like None Other!

Greetings kristaupher bloggers! Well it has finally happened. Just when I thought I had seen it all this season, kristaupher has once again pulled out all the stops and has announced that beginning on November 1, 2010 and continuing throughout the entire month of November, kristaupher will re-issue a limited supply of selected annual ornaments from past years!

That's right! This is a first for kristaupher and will be a perfect opportunity to complete your collection of beautiful kristaupher ornaments or maybe even start a collection for a friend! kristaupher has not announced which years will be available and has left us guessing on which sparking ornaments will be waiting for us on Monday November 1st!

"I am very proud of our accomplishments these past 5 years and I am forever grateful to my loyal customers. It is in celebration and with heartfelt appreciation that I announce for the entire month of November 2010, selected annual ornaments from my past collections will be re-issued and made available on kristaupher.com" - kristaupher

Will he re-issue all previous years? Stay tuned -- I hear there are more surprises still to come!

kristaupher : What is Autumn Equinox Anyway?

It has been a tradition at kristaupher to begin our Autumn & Winter holiday season each year on the Autumn Equinox. Simply put, this particular astrological event officially marks the end of Summer and begins the transition into Fall/Autumn within the Northern Hemisphere. Whether you are just getting to know the style of kristaupher or whether you have shared and enjoyed it for years, there is one thing that you will always find; simple, traditional elegance.

kristaupher wanted to have a simple way for visitors to remember when the Autumn & Winter collection is presented. Autumn Equinox was the perfect answer. Although it does not always fall on the same day each year, it is easier to remember than checking for a specific date on a website or conflicting with a traditional holiday like Thanksgiving where it is always the 4th Thursday of November. Autumn Equinox is typically marked on the calendar and is easily associated with festive celebrations and long-standing traditions in many cultures.
