REFRESHING SUMMERTIME LEMONADE
While your lemonade is chilling, cut the remaining lemon in half and make 3 thin individual slices ( aprox. 3/8" thick ) from each cut end. Fill six glasses with cubed ice. Pour the chilled lemonade into each glass and gently place a lemon slice onto the rim of each glass. Complete this refreshing beverage with a small garnish of mint.
Makes 6 Delicious Servings. Enjoy!

Cup Lemon Juice ( 5-6 Lemons )

Bundle Fresh Mint
Using a small saucepan, heat and reduce the sugar with 1 cup of water until the sugar is completely dissolved and thickens to a thin clear syrup. Keeping one lemon aside, cut the remaining fruit in halves and squeeze to make 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain the juice to remove any unwanted large pulp and seeds. In a favorite outdoor pitcher, combine the sugar syrup, lemon juice and 3 cups of water. Sir the contents while slowly adding the remaining water to taste.
